Emulsion Dip - Curried Mango & Mint
Sweet and creamy curried mango with a hint of mint and spring onions. Inspired by the condiments served alongside traditional poppadoms, this dip will add an Indian twist when paired with our Tapioca Crisps for a sophisticated snack.
Our versatile emulsions can be used in so many ways. Why not try some of our suggestions below:
- Top a Tapioca Crisp with some finely chopped cucumber, onion & tomatoes and spoon on some Curried Mango & Mint Emulsion Dip for a delectable snack.
- Serve alongside some slow cooked lamb.
- Beautiful in an Indian Kofta wrap.

Ingredients:
Mango Chutney (13%) (Mangoes (56%), Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid, Whole Garlic Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Mixed Spices, Fenugreek Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Cardamom Pods, Whole Cloves, Herb), Rice Vinegar (Water, Rice, Salt), Egg White, Rapeseed Oil.

Storage: Store in a cool dry cupboard. Once opened, store in a fridge and consume within a week.
