Fresh Herb Emulsion - Tarragon

Packed full of fresh herbs, our Tarragon Emulsion is full of flavour and deliciously soft and light. 

We like to pair it with our Tapioca Crisps as a deliciously sophisticated snack, perfect with an aperitif. Our versatile emulsions can be used in so many ways. Why not try some of our suggestions below:

 

- Boil some 'best of season' new potatoes until tender and when cool, coat them with our fabulous emulsions to create a gorgeous potato salad to enjoy with a quiche or BBQ meat, fish and vegetables

- Serve alongside some grilled meat or fish as a condiment

- Works perfectly with a mushroom risotto.

Ingredients:

Tarragon (7%), Spinach, Egg Whites, Sushi Vinegar (rice vinegar, fructose, sugar, salt, water, flavour enhancer: E621, E631, E627, E640), Rapeseed Oil

 

Allergens: EGG

 

Storage: Store in a cool dry cupboard.  Once opened, store in a fridge and consume within a week.
