Fresh Herb Basil Emulsion
Packed full of fresh herbs, our Basil Emulsion is full of flavour and deliciously soft and light.
We like to pair it with our Tapioca Crisps as a deliciously sophisticated snack, perfect with an aperitif. Our versatile emulsions can be used in so many ways. Why not try some of our suggestions below:
• Boil some 'best of season' new potatoes until tender and when cool, coat them with our fabulous emulsions to create a gorgeous potato salad to enjoy with a quiche or BBQ meat, fish and vegetables
• Serve alongside some grilled meat or fish as a condiment.
• It works brilliantly in a sandwich. Perhaps try our Basil Emulsion with fresh mozzarella and tomato filling to take your sandwich game to the next level.
• You could also dress a rich tomato pasta with a dollop of Basil Emulsion to give it a fresh herb kick.

Basil (7%), Spinach, Egg Whites, Sushi Vinegar (rice vinegar, fructose, sugar, salt, water, flavour enhancer: E621, E631, E627, E640), Rapeseed Oil
Allergens: EGG
Storage: Store in a cool dry cupboard. Once opened, store in a fridge and consume within a week.
