Returns & Refunds Policy 

Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, we can only accept returns in very limited circumstances. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

We’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and provide the return address and instructions.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your crisps or dips are damaged, leaking, spoiled, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can put things right.

We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue quickly.


Non‑Returnable Items

Because we sell perishable food, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Items not stored correctly after delivery
  • Products purchased on sale
  • Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns for any items that pose a food‑safety risk once they have left your possession.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, the fastest solution is to contact us for a replacement.
In most cases, we will send a new item rather than requiring a return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
