Raylands House produces and sells perishable food products, including crisps and dips. We make every effort to present our products accurately, but natural variations in ingredients may result in slight differences in colour, texture, or flavour.
All product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, and availability are subject to change at any time. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
To maintain product quality and safety, you must follow all storage instructions provided on the packaging. Best‑before dates apply to all products.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to amend or cancel orders once they have been processed or dispatched.

Because our products are perishable, you are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that the delivery location is suitable for safe receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection, heat exposure, or improper storage after delivery.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Raylands House is powered by Shopify, which provides the e‑commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services. All purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Raylands House directly.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services supplied by Raylands House. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities connected to your transactions with Raylands House.
