How orders are processed
Orders are packed at our UK fulfilment partner and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after our daily cut‑off may be processed the next working day. You’ll receive an order confirmation when your purchase is completed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery options and timing
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our carriers. They are not guaranteed, but we work closely with our partners to ensure your order arrives promptly.
- Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
- Express UK delivery (when available) typically arrives within 1–2 working days.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
Perishable food items
Our crisps and dips are perishable products. Their quality depends on prompt delivery and correct storage once received. To keep your products at their best:
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or
- Choose a delivery location where the parcel can be safely left.
We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage caused by delayed collection, heat exposure, or improper storage after delivery.

Delivery issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can investigate with the carrier. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service. These fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
