Whole Spiced Pumpkin Loaf Cake

A beautifully moist pumpkin loaf cake, gently spiced with warming cinnamon, fragrant cardamom and a hint of allspice. Made with pumpkin purée and olive oil for a soft, tender crumb, finished with pumpkin seeds for a little crunch.
