Whole Sticky Ginger Loaf Cake

A wonderfully moist and sticky ginger loaf cake, infused with warming spices and pieces of stem ginger. Made with ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, and enriched with golden syrup and treacle for a deep, rich flavour. A deliciously comforting cake with just the right amount of ginger warmth.
